By being proactive in the remodeling industry through education, building science, and new technology, we have been able to provide our clients with superior value in products and services as well as a standard three year warranty. We have done hundreds of remodeling projects in the area ranging from the very small, to very large additions, whole house remodels, kitchens, baths, basements, porches, decks, and of course historic work. In 2006, we discovered Total Basement Finishing (TBF) and were so impressed with the product that we decided to become an area dealer. We are very confident that our product is far superior to our competition in many ways. TBF offers Paulson’s and our clients the ability to finish basements in a fraction of the time and with products far superior to conventional basement finishing. Once that was done, the pieces of the puzzle started to fall together based on other information we had gathered, and then we were able to create a life-sized template of the new gable gingerbread. The customer was then able to see it and approve it prior to its fabrication, and we were able to have it painted the way they requested prior to its installation. Once installed, some touch-ups were necessary, and the pictures tell the...
