Front Porch

This front porch in downtown Ann Arbor was in bad shape. We removed the old sunroom & constructed a new, sturdy front porch. We reconstructed the porch roof, gave it a new pitch for proper drainage & added new shingles. We added lattice under the porch to ensure no rodents would be moving in. Decorative posts & spindles add a little character to this old home. We specialize in all types of exterior renovations.
