This letter is to thank you for making my recent bathroom remodeling project a wonderful success. I very much appreciated every aspect of your way of doing business.
First, Paul, or one of his cheerful, dependable office personnel, called me when he said that they would. He understood that customers appreciate the respect that a promised phone call shows. On the phone or in person, he patiently and completely answered all of my questions. Also, Paul went the "extra mile" to find a product that I preferred but that was not readily available. Paul McClorey is a hands-on leader who sets the tone and expectations for others.
The tradesmen that he employs are equally professional in their manner and workmanship. They were on time, pleasant and respectful every day. They worked steadily and efficiently, they answered all of my questions , and, in situations where a choice existed, they asked my preference. I especially appreciated how careful they were in protecting the areas surrounding the project area and how carefully they cleaned up after every day's work. Most importantly, they all did excellent work. Whether referring to drywalling, plumbing, tiling, woodworking, setting cabinets, or finishing, I was and continue to be extremely pleased with Paulson's Construction.
If I have more remodeling needs in the future, I will call Paulson's. Also, I enthusiastically recommend Paulson's Construction for any remodeling projects that others may have.
