As a vendor to many of the businesses here in Livingston County, I know and hopefully understand the importance of completion of service work both timely and accurately.
We at Morrison Industrial Equipment Co., try to base our business decisions on several criteria.
1. Will the Vendor have the ability to complete the task both physically and financially?
2. Will the Vendor bring a quality product to the marketplace?
3. Can the project be completed within a given time frame?
4. Will the cost be within the quoted parameter?
5. Will the vendor be there during the warranty period and mostly are they trustworthy?

Over the past 3 years, your company has completed 3 projects for us, the recent being the larger of the 3. I wanted you to know our feeling on the ongoing relationship with Paulson's. I have been impressed in the past with Mark but he has risen to a new level in my mind with the TBF Conference room project. He has done a great job communicating and updating us on the status. Your staff and outside contractors have provided us with the positive results we look for.
We all know things happen to distract us every day, but when a vendor performs I want them to know.
