Ventilation and insulation issues are heavily prevalent in many homes throughout our area and beyond. Design issues such as this addition had, can lead to costly repairs. In this case due to leakage at one of the skylights. These three issues added up to an addition that had to be gutted on the interior, the roofing removed and replaced, and the roof modified to correct the design deficiency. Siding - S. Lyon
We do all sorts of siding and exterior work. This project is an older home that had 1st generation vinyl siding on it when we arrived. It was all chalky and very brittle. Our client opted for low-maintenance and thus the new restoration smooth vinyl siding. It really improved the curb appeal of this home. Click Here for More Details

Lake Cottage - Pinckney
This lake cottage was very dark inside and the view was lost in the winter because the old sun room wasn't heated. We took out the separating wall, installed new windows, and blended everything back together in and out. Sometimes simple works just fine. Click Here for More Details

Lakeshore Pointe - Howell
The gate house at this local sub. was hit by a car one evening. The pictures show the finished project which included a whole new copper-top cupola and a complete refinish of the whole gate house. Click Here for More Details

Lake House - Pinckney
Often in remodeling work, we come across projects that need to be fixed or made right. In this case, the design and a sub-standard roofing job created quite a mess. Once the damage was exposed we went to work correcting the causes. The sub-standard roofing installation was the major cause. With some minor design changes and a proper roofing installation in place, the structural issues were addressed (replaced) and the the entryway made whole again. Church Remodel
Being a part of this remodeling project was quite an honor. We were part of a large group of volunteers, contractors, and suppliers that came together to make this church remodel come off in time for Christmas. Our efforts were focused on the larger parts of the job as well as general oversight and site management. Unfortunately, one night, this building was hit by a car. We were able to stabilize the structure and re-use almost all of it. Sometimes the projects we take on are not all that conventional.
