We wish to thank you and your company for the wonderful work you performed on our home last fall. Our job was significant in scope and included Pella replacement windows, two Trex decks (with hidden fasteners), a screened porch, bricked pillars, a bricked retaining wall, and a new basement office with window. The finished job exceeded our expectations which is saying a lot given our meticulous nature! We absolutely love the appearance of our new additions and were amazed at how well the design, materials, and craftsmanship blended with our existing home. We cannot wait to use our screened porch and decks this year!
Excellent workmanship aside, there was another component of our job That was equally impressive and quite frankly cannot be overstated...your staff was absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish! To name a few, Jason, Jack, Matt, Mark, and Neil were professional, polite, and considerate...every day, which was very important to us given the somewhat intrusive nature of remodel work. Our three year-old daughter, Sarah, never tired of greeting "Mr. Jack" and "Mr. Matt" and they readily returned the kindness...thanks guys! In addition, we truly felt "in-charge" of our project as you and your staff demonstrated a commitment to listen and respond to our comments and concerns. The "Paulson's Pledge" is not just a slogan; it is a core commitment to the customer which translated into an incredible experience for us!
