I wanted to send a quick note to say "thank you" for a job well done! Although our window replacement project took a few days longer and proved to be a bit more labor intensive than originally projected, it was handled with the utmost care and professionalism.
I was very impressed with the fact that the team sent to install the windows was, as promised, at my home every morning at 8 AM. Only one worker was inside inside my home for most of the time, and he was very careful and respectful of my home and my furnishings. The refuse from each day's work was always cleared up, and the "shop vac" guy did a wonderful job of cleaning up the wood shavings and chips INSIDE the house that accompanied the window reinstall. The team did a great job of keeping us apprised as to the status of the installation--including the difficulties that kept popping up along the way.
Overall, I was very impressed with you and your firm, and I would happily and confidently recommend Paulson's Construction to others.
