This home had water damage around the front door, due to improper flashing. We replaced all rotted & damaged framing with new material. We reflashed the area on each side and above the door system where the roof meets the wall. We installed a new front door entry system with two sidelights & a transom above. We fixed the rot issue & this should no longer be a problem area to the homeowners.
